ABOUT ADAM GETSON

I am proud to be an active plaintiffs\' Civil Trial Attorney. Since 2014, I have successfully represented those who have been injured due to the negligence of others in, automobile crashes, dog bites, product malfunctions, dram shop liability, slips/trips and falls, medical malpractice, professional malpractice, construction site accidents, as well as other personal injury matters. I am an Attorney in good standing, admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (since 2003); State of New Jersey (since 2003); United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (since 2004); and, District of New Jersey (since 2004.) I am a proud member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, Burlington County (NJ) Bar Association, Philadelphia (PA) Bar Association, American Association for Justice (formerly ATLA, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America), Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, and Pennsylvania Association for Justice.I also serves as an Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, and in private Alternative Dispute Resolutions.I am recognized by Martindale-Hubbell as being rated “AV Preeminent”, Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating, for ethical standards and legal ability. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review analysis is based upon peer reviews from attorneys and the Judiciary.I was recognized in the 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 editions of Pennsylvania’s Best Lawyers published in the Philadelphia Inquirer, Central Penn Business Journal, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, and the Wall Street Journal.In 2020, I was honored as a Pennsylvania “Super Lawyer” by Thompson Legal. Attorneys who qualify for this designation have earned excellent peer recognition and demonstrated a high-degree of professional achievement in the practice of Pennsylvania law. For seven consecutive years prior to being named a “Super Lawyer” I was honored as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer “Rising Star.” A Pennsylvania Super Lawyer “Rising Star” is a designation used by Thompson Legal for attorneys 40 years old and younger.
