   Leads team of 11 staff and consultants that advocates and organizes to win public policy victories to reduce all forms of gun violence in the Commonwealth- Developed a new brand and strategic plan for CeaseFirePA, clarifying our approach and building alignment across the gun violence prevention community- Forged and launched an innovative campaign to build a statewide Common Agenda coalition to address gun violence by connecting rural, suburban and urban communities to advocate for solutions together- Secured more than $200 million in funding for community-based violence reduction programs from the Pennsylvania General Assembly- Partnered with survivors, community violence prevention organizations, public health leaders and interfaith allies to advance gun safety solution including the formation of a new coalition of leading medical organizations and experts- Designed a new program to shift perceptions around firearm suicide in rural Pennsylvania including developing concept, identifying funding, and hiring a Director to lead the program- Helped connect the toll of gun violence to specific solutions to shift the narrative in the Commonwealth through the development of multiple projects including Deadly By Design and a new approach to firearm suicide prevention- Worked with elected officials at state and local level to overcome to advance gun safety solutions including local efforts to address crime guns, creating new policies to strengthen gun trafficking enforcement and advancing gun safety solutions over opposition- Secured media coverage through interviews, opinion pieces, and press conferences, resulting in coverage in Philadelphia Inquirer, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, KDKA, The Trace, Harrisburg Patriot-News and WHYY, Lancaster New Era, and NPR Morning Edition- Worked with development team to nearly triple CeaseFirePA’s funding over four years, including personally cultivating multiple six figure grants and major individual donor gifts;
