Came to ANF in 2023 to build a Planning & Scheduling Department from scratch. Our goal is to break down the silos seen at many GC\'s and make Planning & Scheduling an integral part of Operations. We work with the project teams in all aspects to ensure a realistic Construction schedule that is used as a Management tool and not just for data entry and reporting. Our Schedulers have real world experience in the Field and serve not only as Schedulers but as a fresh set of eyes helping Project teams identify and overcome any obstacles to a successful and on-time completion.
