As a Manager of Digital Merchandising at TAG, I lead the digital marketing strategies for dentures and implants, key revenue drivers for the company. I graduated from the University of Richmond in 2021 with a degree in Business Administration and Finance, which equipped me with the analytical and problem-solving skills necessary for this role. I have a strong experience in project management, team building, and e-commerce merchandising, which enable me to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver results.In my current role, I develop and implement innovative digital marketing solutions that enhance the patient experience and increase conversions. Some of the projects I have worked on include creating dynamic patient quizzes for efficient scheduling, integrating APIs for improved office and doctor information accessibility, and continuously optimizing our website through A/B testing and personalization. I use various tools such as Google Analytics, VWO, and Salesforce to track and measure the performance of our digital channels and campaigns. I am passionate about learning new technologies and companies in the digital landscape, and I enjoy discussing insights and best practices with my team and the broader organization. I believe that my curiosity, finding inspiration from other brands, and thinking outside of the box can bring value and diversity to any team.
