Research compliance issues and violations, enter disputes as necessary, and follow up with customers and in-house departments until resolved. Review Customer Shipping/Routing Guides to ensure compliance and accuracy on all shipments. Distribute routing requirements, communicate changes, and provide necessary training to ensure proper implementation. Review and analyze Customer scorecards and report findings to Management and internal departments, highlighting areas of improvement by location and/or department. Create training guides as needed for various company departments with actionable plans to address root causes/issues for customer routing requirements and compliance. Create and analyze violation/shortage reports to aid in monthly compliance discussions with management. Gain clear understanding of system related processes as pertaining to customer chargebacks/issues. Follow up with both internal departments and customers to ensure processes are corrected to eliminate future non-compliance.

Currently a compliance analyst where I work with company’s like Macy’s, Jcpenny, Walmart Canada, and many more. For 10 years I was with Bluegreen Corporation as a Upgrade Specialist. The Upgrade Specialist completes the daily administration and processing of upgraded or reloaded contracts for owners that purchase additional vacation points. While processing the contracts, the Upgrade specialist is responsible for continuity of owner information, accurate maintenance fee billing and updated vacation points allocation. They are responsible for prompt reporting of the workload trends and patterns in order to maximize efficiencies within the division while providing world-class customer service to both internal and external customers. I have done over 250 contracts and over 30 salesforce cases weekly for our customers.
