ABOUT ADAM FAIR

Three words that describe who I am: Accountable. Gritty. Optimistic. I have worked in the Bio-Pharmaceutical industry for over 10 years. I am an extremely optimistic person, with a can-do attitude. I thrive in dynamic, challenging, and high-energy endeavors. The bulk of my career has been in sales engaging face-to-face with customers (HCPs). I have sold 3 different products in various stages of their life cycle, in different territories surrounding the Baltimore/Washington area. I then transitioned into a home office training role where I learned how to design, facilitate, and flawlessly execute various training initiatives with our National Sales Force. In this role, I regularly met with our Sales and Marketing teams to ensure we all were driving towards the same goal. From training I went into a HCP Marketing role where we launched an Oncology asset from the ground up. I was part of virtually every workstream which pushed me outside of my comfort zone on a daily basis. This opportunity gave me insight behind the curtain and helped me understand the what, the why, and how products are developed and launched.A key strength I bring: ACTION – A plan with no action is simply a wish. I am motivated by just starting, getting a project into motion, having something our cross-functional partners can react to. This skill has helped me build strong relationships with all of the teams I have been associated with. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family. I have a son, a daughter, and my super-star wife. We are an active family that loves to get outside, travel, and engage in any type of activity with our 2 beautiful dogs.
