About Adam Enger

With over a decade of experience in product and revenue cycle management (RCM) for the post-acute care industry, I am a Senior Solution Strategist at Netsmart, a leading provider of software solutions for health and human services. In this role, I provide strategic product direction and feedback to the engineering teams, actively engage internal and external stakeholders to identify needs and create technical requirements, and track CMS regulatory changes to ensure product compliance and proper documentation. I also participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and QA testing strategies, and have insight into the entire product life cycle for new and existing features.My passion is to work with RCM and product teams to help solve complex collection, eligibility, and workflow problems, while creating solutions that maximize reimbursement and effectiveness through technology. I have also developed and implemented tools for collection efforts, automated claim submission, and bank to remit reconciliation, utilizing data from contracts, payors, and prior claim actions.I have a Bachelor of Administration in Entrepreneurship and Venture Management from the University of Oklahoma, and I am proficient in product road mapping and business process skills.
