I have the pleasure of working with the great people in Information Security that help to protect Avanade and our clients. I work to make the IS organization run effectively and efficiently, and ensure that my peers are successful in achieving the objectives for their functions. I work to make the teams I am a part of high performing, and to allow the team members I work with to grow and pursue their personal goals. I enjoy being a part of a global and diverse team that values personal connections and individual perspectives. Outside of work you will find me cooking most nights, working along side my wife in learning life\'s lessons from our daughters, and spending time on the water at our floating home in Seattle. I have had a life long love affair with the beautiful game, and enjoy playing tennis and gardening when the Seattle sunshine makes its rare appearance.
