   Adam Eichstadt is responsible for leading Willis Towers Watson’s Health and Benefits Consulting business for North Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma. For over twenty-five years Adam has been assisting employers with the evaluation, design, and implementation of health and welfare benefit programs for both active and retired employees. Specifically, Adam’s experience includes: • Developing strategies for the purchasing and delivery of health care benefits to active employees and retirees; • Helping employers design and position their benefit programs to retain long-term flexibility and perform with optimal efficiency in a dynamic market being shaped by health reform and changes in the health care delivery system; • Performing flexible benefit plan pricing calculations and developing pricing strategies for a variety of employers who self-fund indemnity and managed care health plans; and • Assessing opportunities for more efficient, cost effective plan design based on an employer’s business objectives, as well as industry benchmarks, emerging market place trends and the benefit offerings of specific competitors. In addition to Adam’s client and practice leadership responsibilities, he is a frequent speaker on health care delivery issues faced by employers.
