My background as a litigator in the insurance and financial services sectors means that I have a great deal of experience of when things go wrong and when businesses fall foul of the regulator. This experience, and a deep knowledge and understanding of the UK’s constantly evolving regulatory framework, means that I am able to spot issues before they become problems for clients and help clients develop business models and strategies to manage risk and avoid the regulator’s attention. I always place an emphasis on clarity, pragmatism, practicality and cost-effectiveness in helping clients understand their regulatory obligations and I always seek to make firm recommendations for clients to act on.
