About Adam Edrington

I’m an entrepreneurial executive leader with a 20+ year track record of growing and transforming service businesses across environmental consulting, mechanical contracting, and restaurant services. I’ve had P&L responsibilities from $3M to over $25M, scaled multi-divisional operations, and guided businesses through M&A due diligence, turnarounds, and high-growth initiatives. My journey began in the field as an environmental technician. I quickly rose through the ranks—eventually becoming Vice President of an environmental consulting firm serving private equity firms, attorneys, business and real estate owners, and Fortune 500 clients. I’ve since operated as a division GM and now serve as a Regional Vice President for a mechanical services company, leading over $20M in annual revenue across four divisions. I have experience in 46 states, Canada and Mexico. Along the way, I’ve also launched, operated, and sold two restaurant businesses at a profit—giving me both operator, owner, and turnaround perspective. What sets me apart is my ability to connect strategic vision with day-to-day execution, with responsibility for both business development & operational delivery. Whether I’m scaling teams, restructuring & refocusing operations, building sales pipelines, aligning marketing strategy, or setting and delivering KPI\'s, I lead with clarity, accountability, and measurable results.
