Attitude counts. There is a lot that goes into working in sales and customer support. Various tools and reports, trainings, emails, your CRM, revenue trackers, etc. It can become frustrating at times, and your are the only one that can pick yourself up. Keeping a positive attitude goes a long way for myself, but also those around me. I always keep this mindset in my daily work, but also as a leader. When you are leading a team, they feed off of your attitude. If you\'re upset about something, they will be too. Happy people do better work! I am a very focused and analytical person. When I see a problem or task that need addressed, I address it with my full attention until it is completed. If I don\'t know how to complete the task or fix the problem, I keep working on it until I fully understand it. I am a very quick learner, so I don\'t get stuck on problems for long. With my ability to learn and adapt, and my positive attitude, I can become a clean slate and learn new tricks. I will thrive in any environment you put me in!
