About Adam Dresher
I spent 20 years on Wall Street covering some of the largest and best performing hedge funds, mutual funds and family offices. In 2016 my wife and I took \"A Leap of Faith to Arizona\" and founded ALOFTA One Enterprises, Inc. ALOFTA One Enterprises, Inc. was created to own and operate Medi-Weightloss Franchises in the Greater Phoenix Area. ALOFTA One branched into commercial real estate and owns ALOFTA Spaces. Once I was settled in Arizona I started my real estate career. First helping people find their dream home in Arizona, then helping clients achieve their real estate investment goals and build long-term wealth through investing in multifamily apartments. I now work as the Investor Relations Manager at Break of Day Capital. We offer passive multifamily real estate investments for both accredited and sophisticated investors to help protect and build wealth. We provide investors with opportunities to earn cash flow, equity appreciation, and tax advantages while carefully safeguarding their capital.
