Provide oversight of operational development and success of the global ShipBob Fulfillment Network (SFN) comprising of 41 warehouses in 5 countries. Assumed full responsibility for all Standard Operating Procedures, Compliance Auditing, Training and Development, Communications, and Partner Relationship Management. Strategically lead a team of 7 professionals from the initial phase to the completion and growth of the above-listed business areas. Developed and launched a comprehensive onboarding training program for new partners through a phased process. Created and developed virtual instructor-led training and re-training programs for use with new and existing partners and internal employees. Managed full development and roll-out of a comprehensive process auditing program that included quarterly updating and evaluation of new or updated processes and risk analysis. Together with the team, created and published over 140 standard operating procedures (SOPs) in 1 year, while also maintaining all documents relating to SOPs. Key point of contact for partner-related contractual issues concerning operational effectiveness and efficiency. Designed and implemented a complex communications system that provided weekly updates, monthly recaps, internal updates, external facing messages, tactical communications, and communication templates. Used data-driven reports and analyses to identify avenues for continuous improvement and propose solutions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
