I have a passion for helping customers achieve their goals and am willing to go the extra mile. I have 20+ years of customer service experience ranging from aviation maintenance, industrial maintenance, and technical support. My past unique positions required attention to detail to ensure the safety of the aircrews and operators. Aviation and Industrial environments are inherently dangerous, so simple mistakes can have life-threatening consequences; mistakes are inexcusable. My attention to detail eliminates mistakes and kickbacks. I also have a great sense of urgency; corporations relying on their equipment and IT infrastructures to perform as intended cannot afford downtime. Quick responses and accurate troubleshooting ensure services get back up and running ensuring the problem is only a distant memory.I\'ve traveled the world for work and pleasure and have seen amazing things and met many amazing people. Those people have taught me many things, including tolerance, perseverance, patience, and understanding. Learning about other cultures and gaining an appreciation for diversity has given me the perspective and insight to help me be successful in my career. It’s taught me that all customers have unique needs and demands - I can pick up on those needs and deliver what is expected quickly and efficiently. Learning what the customer does and having empathy for their problems pushes me to strive for excellence and efficiency.Technology is a passion and pastime of mine. I build and experiment on my own equipment in my spare time to sharpen skills and stay relevant in the industry. I have experience with hardware, software, and virtualized environments.My other hobbies include-collecting and enjoying vinyl records-retro video gaming and collecting.
