I am a driven professional who has thrived in fast-paced, hands-on startup environments. I take pride in my ability to lead, inspire, and positively influence others. As a collaborator at heart, I always strive to give a sense of purpose to the people around me. Building impactful processes while fostering a positive culture has allowed me to create efficient teams with accountability and integrity.Over the course of my career, I’ve had the honor of leading wonderful teams in both startup and corporate environments. My experience includes analytically and tactfully implementing hundreds of complex systems and thousands of processes. During my time with Vivid Distributing, I led the team from a 20-person startup to a premier global automotive distribution company with over 100 team members.Most recently, I devoted my time and resources to advancing the mission of the Driven Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, where I served as the Director of Operations. I was thrilled to make a difference in the lives of children and families, providing supercar therapy to children facing critical and chronic illnesses.Now, after years of planning and preparation, I’ve began my next adventure. I’m excited to bring my passion for cars and extensive experience to Hi Quality LLC, where we are committed to delivering the highest standards of automotive enhancement and protection in Hilo, Hawaii.
