ANJ Consultancy aims to provide Training, Coaching & Counselling Services to Private, Public and Corporate organisations on specialist subjects of Mental Health & Personal Wellbeing. Coaching Specialities: Anxiety, Stress, Change, Self Confidence, Breaking Bad Habits, Time Management, Goal Setting, Relationships. Approaches Used in Coaching: Solution Focused Brief Therapy & Systemic Techniques Other Services Include: Group Facilitation - Both therapeutic and educational experiential learning Reflective Supervision Training & Consultation surrounding training and needs Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to sessions from over 10 years of working within highly specialised NHS Mental Health Services and settings including Forensic & Child and Adolescent. Combined with extensive knowledge and skills in therapeutic approaches and interventions such as Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Systemic Techniques, sessions are client centred and confidentiality maintained throughout. Fully insured and supervised, Adam is a registered member of the Nursing & Midwifery Council as a Specialist Practitioner for Mental Health and an Associate Member for the Association of Coaching. Private referrals have ranged from working parents, home makers, office workers, to serving members of the armed forces and emergency services. Corporate Clients have most recently included Private Health Care Provider Summercare and Camden Council.
