   I coached high school sports for eight years in Oklahoma.While my coaching and teaching days are behind me, I still find ways to implement the positive aspects of both experiences in my career at Analytics, Marketing, & Growth. If you’re in coaching for the right reasons, I think, at the heart of it, it is about pouring into others and helping them reach their untapped potential.Leading a business development team is similar. I’ve been with the team since the beginning in 2001. Not only have I myself grown alongside each person, but I’ve also watched each individual grow into strong, resilient, and dependable team members. Since I’ve been with the team from the ground up, I’ve held almost every position and find that it has created an avenue of relatability between me and the rest of my team. Usually, owners and presidents don’t interact that much with their employees, but I believe that you can’t have a team without a leader, and you can\'t be a part of that team if you don’t lead.What sets Analytics, Marketing, & Growth apart from other marketing firms is that we are relationship focused. I lead and manage our business development team. Our goal is to create authentic relationships, built on integrity and trust, with each of our clients.
