About Adam Dice
Consulting substation design engineer/manager for 20+ years in the electrical field. Past projects include utility/developer substation design with voltages ranging from 12kV up to 500kV. Projects have included distribution line upgrades, greenfield and brownfield substation designs, SVC projects and EHV GIS. Design skills include physical and electrical controls/relaying. Strong competencies as detailed design engineer, technical lead and project lead. As an Engineering Manager, I actively worked to hire the right sort of people to grow the technical and leadership capabilities of the substation department and then helped to provide active mentorship to those individuals to help them and POWER to succeed.
