I am a senior technology and security executive with more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise IT, cybersecurity, data governance, and digital transformation across complex and highly regulated organizations. My career has focused on building secure, scalable, and resilient technology environments that enable growth, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen organizational trust.I have led technology strategy for diverse portfolios spanning energy, media, hospitality, federal contracting, and global communications infrastructure. In these roles, I partnered with Boards, executives, and business leaders to align IT investments with strategic priorities, modernize enterprise platforms, and mature governance programs. My work includes hybrid cloud architecture, identity and access modernization, collaboration platform migration, and deployment of enterprise-wide data classification and retention systems.As a security leader, I have overseen managed detection and response operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and risk governance aligned with frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, CMMC, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, HIPAA, SOC 2, and GDPR. I have served as Interim CISO, Data Protection Officer, and CFIUS Security Officer, engaging directly with regulators and federal agencies while advancing audit readiness and enterprise compliance.My leadership extends to physical security, where I have managed access control, surveillance systems, and facility protection for global network points of presence and secure environments, including SCIF buildouts and life-safety programs.A focus area in my recent work has been AI governance and responsible adoption. I developed an enterprise AI Enablement Program that provides clear guidelines, maturity levels, and secure workflows for teams exploring AI, automation, and data-driven capabilities.    As Fractional CISO, I lead the development and execution of the cybersecurity strategy supporting AEC’s business operations and field infrastructure. My focus is on maturing Operational Technology (OT) security as the organization grows, ensuring that risk management and security governance keep pace with expanding field operations.I design and implement security frameworks aligned with NIST CSF and IEC 62443, tailoring governance, policies, and controls to the unique requirements of industrial control systems and remote operational environments. My work strengthens identity, access, and segmentation practices, including applying Zero Trust principles and establishing network architecture grounded in Purdue Model concepts and Azure-based connectivity.A key part of my role includes improving visibility and detection across both IT and OT environments, advancing monitoring, threat detection, and incident response to reduce operational risk.
