Vice President and the Director of Governmental Interactions Compliance - Built and maintains the corporate compliance division that tackles pay-to-play, lobbying, and gift and entertainment regulatory compliance issues. Federal, state, and local regulatory pay-to-play rules including MSRB Rule G-37, SEC Rule 206(4)-5, FINRA Rule 2030, and CFTC 23.451 along with a myriad of federal, state, and local lobbying, gift, and entertainment laws impact a company\'s ability to conduct business with municipal / institutional governmental clients. Adam designed, built, and oversees the operations of the Governmental Interactions Compliance group to ensure compliance with these good government laws. This includes policy development, compliance training, political contribution and gift preclearance, design and oversight of custom built technology solutions, as well as lobbyist registration and reporting.
