About Adam Cushing

Adam leads the Bill of Rights Institute’s business operations team and is responsible for all aspects of data services, IT, finance, market forecasting, contracting, strategy development, and human resources. He is also responsible for overseeing BRI\'s development department and all of its fundraising activities. Prior to joining the Institute in 2015, he served as Director of Strategy and Business Development and Director of Portfolio Development with Orbital ATK in Baltimore, Maryland, and as Manager of Business Strategy with Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems. He also served in the U.S. Army as an infantryman. After leaving the Army he earned an M.A. in Security Studies from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and a B.A. in History from American University’s College of Arts and Sciences in Washington, D.C.•
