I’ve spent 15+ years building and fixing the parts of a business that teams quietly depend on. My work sits at the center of operations, finance, HR, and revenue-driving functions, helping companies scale without breaking what already works.I’ve led through acquisitions, operational integrations, international hiring, vendor and contract negotiations, compliance programs, and third-party security audits. I understand the strategy, but I also enjoy the work itself, mapping processes, tightening how data flows between systems, and making cross-functional projects actually land on time.From 2022 through 2024, I guided organizations through multiple SOC 2 audits while strengthening internal controls and documentation. I’ve managed full acquisition integrations, built policies from the ground up, supported sales and revenue teams with scalable workflows, and overseen treasury-level responsibilities like cash operations, payments, and vendor partnerships.Tools and systems I use regularly include Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, QuickBooks, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, ChatGPT, and Gemini. I also have hands-on experience in government contracting environments, including working with System for Award Management and GSA schedules.I’m known for being the person who pulls the right people together, translates ideas into clear project plans, and keeps everyone moving in the same direction, without sacrificing the human side of the work.
