Responsible for the management of the Walt Disney Television’s digital production service. A cross-functional role, facilitating client facing capture-to-delivery, guiding projects from concept to completion. Serving as a logistical point person and production lead. Performing various on-set roles ranging from creative direction, cinematographer, logistical lead, lighting and image artist, imaging technician and equipment operator•Oversee a team of coordinators and specialty personnel allocated to assist on productions•Capital and operational purchasing to support and expand the service•Work directly with clients on productions from initial request, through production to post-production•Oversee an expansive equipment inventory of high-end cameras, lenses and lighting •Full proficiency and utilization of all in-house camera gear, lighting setups and controls•Provide hands on production support for camera, audio and lighting equipment•Hold pre-production meetings with clients and production management to obtain requirements for projects, identifying and acquiring resources for execution•Work with creative clients to achieve on-set color looks •Manage camera data transfer from capture through delivery to internal or external recipients •Provide support for media management and NLE project creation•Track all active in-house projects and provide an accurate gauge of facility capacity and availability•Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure uninterrupted workflows and accurate deliverables•Contribute to client creative sessions offering input and solutions to execute the creative vision•Stay in close collaboration with clients to ensure they receive the highest level of service and satisfaction•Perform analysis and provide metrics of facility operations to executive leadership•Assist in the research and execution of special projects to increase productivity and quality of work•Identify potential efficiencies and improvements in day-to-day operations
