Adam is currently the proprietor and chef of Gastronomique Elite LLC, a Cincinnati based private chef and private aviation catering services company. Adam is also currently the culinary director for Turner Farm. Prior, Adam served as Corporate Executive Chef of American Financial Group, Inc.(\"AFG\"​) from December 2014 - January 2024. Before joining AFG, he worked in various capacities through the lens of sustainability, leading teams in independent restaurants and hotels in the Carolina’s as well as in the Midwest. Adam has also served as a United States culinary ambassador in Spain, working in collaboration with the Trade and Agricultural Commission.

Through education and example, we nurture understanding of the rhythms of nature, and our place in the natural world, fostering recognition of personal responsibility for stewardship of the land, ourselves, and development of a nurturing community.
