Adam Clouse is currently the CEO/President of Quality Transformer and Electronics (QT & QTE has been a custom transformer, inductor, reactor, power supplier and custom electronics designer and manufacturer since 1964. In this role, he is responsible for managing all aspects of QTE’s operations.Key successes:• responsible for the valuation and acquisition of Mag-Tran, an industry know established, custom transformer, inductor and reactor manufacturer. Created and implemented a business plan to put in place QTE’s first remotely operated manufacturing division in Southern California. Successfully relocated and streamlined operations to reduce costs and establish stability. Under QTE’s management Mag-Tran has successfully expanded its customer base, product capabilities and manufacturing capabilities. • MUNIX was QTE’s second acquisition of a competing company. Adam was responsible for valuing and overseeing all aspects acquisition. MUNIX Fremont,CA operations were consolidated into QTE’s Milpitas, CA headquarters.• Facility investment: In keeping with QTE’s tradition, Adam has continued to facilitate the investment in the company. Over the past year QTE has invested in improving its documentation to qualify for ISO, expanded its test capabilities and increased its manufacturing capacity. Adam Clouse has remained loyal to QTE since he started working in the Accounting Department in 1996. He then spent the next 13 years in technical sales helping QTE grow its business. Then prior to being appointed General Manager, he acted as Assistant General Manager for 3 years. It is Adam’s goal to continue to expand upon QTE’s years of success.
