ABOUT ADAM CLEMENTS

I have been active in the commercial real estate industry since 2005. I was recruited by Builders, Inc. in November of 2010 and oversee commercial leasing, investor relationships and brokerage of investment properties around Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Texas for our clients. I represent almost a half million square feet of commercial real estate, consisting of approximately 40 retail, industrial, and office properties, most of which are in and around Wichita. Some of my retail client dealings include Taco Bell, Freddy’s Frozen Custard, Walgreens, Quiktrip, AT & T, T-Mobile, Kobe Steakhouse, Hog Wild Barbeque, Xerox, GNC, Quizno’s, Domino’s Pizza, Papa Johns, Rent A Center, Save A Lot, Anytime Fitness, Budget Rent A Car, Dandurands, Cinnamon’s Deli, PepperJax Philly Cheesesteak, Five Guy’s Burger, Long John Silvers, Orange Theory Fitness, Orange Leaf, Hibbett Sports, Snip & Clip, REMAX & District Taqureia, Expedia, Pet Supply Plus and 7-Brew. I regularly work with real estate investors to identify commercial and multifamily investment properties to acquire, analyze the financial characteristics, physical characteristics and market influences that might affect the property, represent them while negotiating purchase prices, and act as a property/asset manager for the investor once they close on the property. We commonly have people reach out to us regarding their property management needs and would be happy to manage your property as well. Builders, Inc. manages over 1.8 million square feet of retail, office, and industrial real estate in and around Wichita and over multi family units.
