About Adam Clement
I have been in the creative field for over 25 years, first as a graphic designer (specializing in brand identity) before transitioning into the industry of apparel design (both graphic and cut and sew). These diverse professional experiences enable me to apply my craft to a multitude of creative outputs, such as lifestyle apparel, performance apparel, brand/logo identify, marketing, and graphic design. Much of my career, over 16 years, was spent at Under Armour where I helped the company grow their business from $280M to $5B, and managed teams of as little as 2 to as many as 37. I pride myself on being more than just a designer, as I am a creative leader that understands product and merchandising through my growing business acumen. I am a firm believer in the art of storytelling through design, in creating art and building product that is made with a purpose, and curating a team in which collaboration allows the brightest ideas to shine.
