ABOUT ADAM CHAPLIN

Adam is a practicing SPC, Lean-Agile coach and seasoned Scrum Master with over 7 years of experience in Enterprise Technology. He is recognised for demonstrating a natural aptitude for implmeneting Lean-Agile and DevOps methodologies, values, and principles in both modern and legacy organisations, as well as being a fantastic change agent focusing on the people and coaching at varying skill levels and authority. Adam has a proven track record of changing mindsets in teams proving the value of Business Agility. He\'s professional focus includes: team development, Lean-Agile coaching, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, continuous integration/deployment and ultimately continuous delivery. Adam posseses outstanding communication and negotiation skills, as well as possessing a high degree of business acumen. He is a \"people person\" who places an importance on becoming part of the team to drive change from within as a true servent leader. Adam has a technical background in enterprise and web-scale platform engineering with industry experience in media, finance, government, and entertainment, being a senior platform engineer for 10 years. A pivot in 2014 from platform engineering into Lean-Agile coaching has led to a number of lead Agile transformation positions within world-class organisations. His breadth of experience covers everything from greenfields projects to full Agile transformations and coaching of teams delivering critical national infrastucture. Adam has worked in SAFe environments as an SPC, Scrum Master, and Product Owner for a number of years and has an in-depth understanding of Scaled Agile implementation.
