About Adam Capell

As Executive Vice President of Land and Development at Tresidio Homes, I lead a talented team dedicated to the acquisition, entitlement, design, and development of all properties within the Tresidio portfolio. In this role, I’m responsible for driving the company’s strategic growth initiatives and overseeing our government affairs efforts, ensuring that we continue to expand and make a lasting impact in the communities we serve.Prior to joining Tresidio Homes, I served as Vice President of Acquisition and Development at a top 10 national homebuilder, leading significant expansion projects and playing a key role in positioning the company as one of Idaho\'s largest residential developers. My earlier career in the heavy civil construction industry allowed me to contribute to some of the largest and most impactful public infrastructure projects across the country, providing me with a strong foundation in large-scale development and project management.I am also deeply committed to the local construction community, serving as the 2026 President of the Building Contractors Association of Southwestern Idaho and the 2026 Co-Chair of the Idaho Homebuilders Association Impact Fee Advisory Committee supporting various Builder, Developer, Workforce Development, and Government Affairs efforts. My academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Boise State University, graduating cum laude, and currently serving as an adjunct faculty member, teaching the senior-level Residential Construction course.When not focused on shaping the future of residential development, I enjoy spending time with my wife and son, traveling, and embracing Idaho’s outdoor lifestyle with activities such as whitewater rafting, skiing, hiking, and camping.
