Director of Operations and Regional Director of ProRehab Physical Therapy based in Louisville, KY. I earned a doctorate in physical therapy in 2006 and a bachelor’s degree in health science in 2004, both from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY. I am passionate about mentoring and managing young leaders driven to reach their personal and career goals. Work closely with other executive team members to locate sites for new outpatient clinics, successfully overseeing opening and growing 5 to this point. We have grown the volume by hiring and training licensed and non-licensed staff and equipping them with resources to be successful. I completed the Evidence In Motion Executive Private Practice Management program in 2019. Extensive experience in marketing and fostering relationships with referral sources. 15+ years of experience treating Musculoskeletal conditions, including a heavy emphasis on the spine, both lumbar and cervical, Other orthopedic conditions related to the shoulder, hip, knee, and foot/ankle (both sports and nonsports related), Vestibular and Chronic Pain conditions.
