Collaborated with two friends to secure from the U.S. Department of State’s Citizen Diplomacy Action Fund for a youth economic empowerment program in rural ZambiaLed three major rewrites to accommodate \"shifting\" federal directives, reframing the project from an environmental education initiative to a business development and migration deterrence program in line with new U.S. policy prioritiesDesigned and coordinated a week-long hands-on training program in rural Zambia, promoting financial literacy, artisan production, and ecotourism/trade readiness for 40 rural primary school students and 20 community leadersDeveloped partnerships with COMACO, Mchenja Primary School, and the Ministry of Environment and Green Economy to support sustainable livelihoods, U.S. market access, and youth entrepreneurshipCurrently overseeing logistics, budgeting, curriculum development, and stakeholder coordination in preparation for program rollout in September 2025
