With over 20 years of background in Service Design, Delivery, Support and Management I am extremely experienced in delivering global transformation to some of the biggest brands in the world. I specialise in helping companies implement and realise the value in Global Business Services (GBS) and outsourcing. I\'m a natural problem solver that thrives on a challenge. I also compete professionally at sailing, I grew up sailing high performance dinghies, including several years in the Olympic 49er class, but now compete all over the world in sports boats with much success, having won the Nationals and Corinthian Worlds in the J70 class and the European Championships in the Melges 24 class.
