As Insights Manager at Levy UK & Ireland, I bring together operational expertise and data-driven strategy to optimise performance across some of the UK’s most iconic food and beverage venues. My role is all about turning data into direction—helping teams make smarter, faster, and more commercially impactful decisions.My career began in the heart of the events industry, where I quickly established myself as a trusted leader in workforce management. I’ve led large-scale recruitment campaigns, overseen people operations for major sporting and entertainment events, and delivered complex system deployments across stadia, arenas, racecourses, and conferencing venues. Most notably, I spearheaded the rollout of a bespoke workforce management solution across the Levy portfolio—integrating systems from ATS to payroll and transforming how we manage people at scale.That experience shaped me into a specialist in event workforce strategy—someone who understands the pace, pressure, and precision required to deliver results in live environments. It also gave me a deep appreciation for the power of data in driving operational excellence.Now, I’m building on that foundation with a new focus: venue optimisation through insight. I work closely with operational leaders, commercial teams, and central functions to uncover opportunities, solve challenges, and elevate performance. From labour modelling and forecasting to sales analysis and strategic planning, I help teams cut through the noise and act with confidence.I’m also highly experienced in working with clients and stakeholders at all levels—confidently presenting insights, leading discussions, and influencing decisions in both internal and external settings.
