About Adam Brooke
I spent the first 13 years of my career with the John Lewis Partnership, initially specialising in Learning & Development before taking on the role of Employee Benefits Manager. My main focus was on creating and implementing a communication strategy to increase engagement and understanding of the various core, voluntary and heritage benefits available. I then went on to launch and manage a flexible benefits program at Magic Circle law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer before taking on the role of Employee Benefits & Wellness Manager (EMEA) at J.P. Morgan, winning Best Benefits Communication Strategy for a large employer, and being highly commended for Best Benefits Strategy, at the EB awards in 2014. In 2015, I spent 5 months in New York as the Employee Benefits Communications Manager (U.S.) for J.P. Morgan, before joining Standard Chartered Bank in the Autumn of that year as their International Benefits Manager, focussing on benefit provision in EMEA and the US. I joined Bank of America as their UK & Ireland Benefits Lead (Senior Vice President) in 2018, managing the various benefit programs for the employees based in these countries.Following 6 years at Bank of Americas, I joined FTI Consulting LLP in 2024. I initially focused on the implementation of the Workday benefits module for our offices globally before taking on the Director of Benefits role for The Americas, and am based in Washington DC.
