ABOUT ADAM BRITEL

Hi there! I’m Adam Britel, a PhD-trained physicist and postdoctoral researcher at the University of Turin (UNITO), developing diamond-based microfluidic devices for biomedical applications. My journey spans five countries, shaped by a Marie Curie ITN Fellowship (LasIonDef project) and a double master’s in Optics & Photonics from Aix-Marseille University and the Karlsruhe School of Optics and Photonics? I design and fabricate microfluidic platforms for biosensing, combining the chemical resilience of artificial diamonds with advanced microfabrication tools like SLA 3D printing and femtosecond laser micromachining. My work bridges fundamental research and real-world diagnostics, from nanoparticle manipulation to lab-on-chip systems. I’m now transitioning from academia to industry, looking for R&D or product development roles in diagnostics, biotech, or microtechnology sectors. I’m especially interested in joining teams where I can apply my hands-on experience to real-world challenges. Studying and working across Tunisia, Morocco, France, Germany, the Netherlands, and Italy has shaped me into a globally minded, collaborative, and curious scientist. I love connecting across disciplines and cultures, and I bring both technical depth and a human touch to every project.
