   Pest Management Professionals are often called upon to solve problems in very sensitive environments such as homes, schools, offices, public complexes and so on. In these environments, Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices are used in our industry to introduce multiple control strategies when dealing & preventing problems. These strategies tend to use less pesticide in your working environment by utilizing mechanical and Physical controls. In fact, Modern’s technicians will inspect insect monitoring devices that have been placed throughout the building and provide treatment based upon the diagnosis of the problem. He will then focus treatment on the exterior, so we can stop the insects where they live, not where you live and work. You can be confident that most situations can be handled with little to no adverse effects on the building environment or the tenants and visitors to the building.
