Multi-tasking and delivering on time results are key factors that make me successful in my position. Being detail oriented drives my analytical and critical eye, without having to miss the big picture. My experience in working in international and multilingual environments broadened my vision to different ways of setting goals and achieving them. I am always driven by an eagerness to grow my skillset and learn new technologies (i.e: Automation or languages).Having IT skills with a business background gives me an in depth understanding of different constraints (budgets, timelines) that the organization or a specific department are facing. I had the chance to lead and/or manage a team formerly, and those are managerial skills that have further shaped my career development. As part of my self-continuous improvement, I became a certified Scrum Master (CSM). This certification made me a better Agile advocate and I have been actively taking over the Scrum Master responsibilities.
