   Reservoir Engineer – Permian Reservoir Characterization April 2021 – Present • Designed the asset team’s innovation strategy, including ideation and prioritization frameworks for disruptive and sustaining innovations • Increased future oil production expectations by 5% per well by orchestrating interdisciplinary projects focused on improving well performance • Improved the accuracy of the Permian development team’s production prediction tool by 10% by redesigning the machine learning and multivariate regression algorithms Reservoir Engineer – Permian Development February 2020 – April 2021 • Added over $300M in incremental 20% discounted cash, both via accelerated revenue and reduced well cost, by spearheading an initiative to extend the standard lateral length in the Permian Basin • Designed the largest development in the organization to date, expected to return over $60M in 20% discounted cash over the 50-year projected life of the development, accounting for 25% of the program’s annual budget and production volumes • Created the investment decision-making framework and process that is now used to assess all multimillion-dollar investment decisions across the asset
