As a Clean Tech Underwriter at PERSe I apply my engineering background and sustainability passion to assess and manage the risks and opportunities of renewable energy projects. I work with a diverse and collaborative team of underwriters, brokers, and clients to provide innovative and customized insurance solutions for the clean tech sector.I hold a Master\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, where I focused on energy systems and environmental engineering. I also have a LEED Green Associate certification and a certification in Inclusive Mindset for Committed Allies. I have previous experience as a Business Development Manager at ENECHANGE Insight, where I connected investors and capital with renewable energy opportunities globally, and as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Ballinger, where I designed HVAC systems for healthcare facilities. I have skills in problem solving, analytical thinking, and allyship, and I enjoy learning new things and meeting new people from different backgrounds and cultures.
