Manage a portfolio of c230 consultants across 4 business units in Front Office Trading & Asset ServicesWork with the leadership teams, program/project managers to match resource demand to available capacity and the resolution of demand conflicts across EMEA, APAC and the AmericasLooked through project contracts and internal reports to accelerate revenue. For example, I was able to determine that one client had 800 unspent hours for an upgrade project.
