Adam leads the Corporate Strategy & Development team at Publicis Groupe. The team is responsible for accelerating Groupe transformation to high growth businesses and solutions and driving the Publicis Groupe vision of the Power of One – the connectivity of the company’s four solution hubs (Publicis Media, Publicis Communications, Publicis Sapient, and Publicis Health) – fostering collaboration throughout the Groupe and infusing Epsilon data and technology to maximize client value. In service of this mission, Adam\'s team is responsible for developing and executing the Groupe\'s strategic vision through product and go-to-market strategy. Adam also leads Publicis\' Corporate Development team that sets Groupe M&A strategy and incubates and integrates new data and technology businesses.Prior to his current role at Publicis, Adam was the Director of Strategy at Xandr, focusing on strategic planning, product strategy, and M&A across AT & T\'s data, media, and technology businesses. Adam began his career at Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy & Operations practice, specializing in M&A strategy, post-merger integration, and org design in the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) space.
