Currently the acting/sole category manager for Contract Packaging services, I connect innovative and critical high-growth projects seeking global distribution with US-based suppliers.Previously, I\'ve owned Commercial and Operational forecast responsibilities across multiple enterprise-wide franchises, showcasing my storytelling, persuasion, and analytical capabilities to brand directors. This included leveraging retail, factory, and macro/micro-economic factors to influence internal and external financial sales forecasts. I\'ve designed, managed, and implemented analytical tools through project leadership, in partnership with IS, to enable interdepartmental synergies using Alteryx and PowerBI software. Furthermore, I\'ve spent 4+ years in Supply Planning roles developing 18+ month master schedules for domestic and international manufacturing partners and some of the largest production facilities operated by Hershey. In these roles I\'ve developed business cases for altering shift structures on major product lines, identified and corrected freight supplier service challenges, and designed capacity projections for new product launches, recommending strategy to commercial leadership.I earned my Bachelor\'s Degree in Management Information Systems with an emphasis in Procurement and Demand Forecasting from the Smeal College of Business, along with a minor in Economics from the College of Liberal Arts. I later earned my Masters of Business Administration in 2022 with an emphasis in Negotiations and Project Management.
