About Adam Barrows
I am a North Carolina native, born in Charlotte and currently residing in Kannapolis, NC. I am a 2019 graduate of Appalachian State University with a Bachelors in Healthcare Management with an ultimate goal of disrupting the healthcare industry and the pain points with service delivery. Since graduating in 2019, I have worked for two companies, Maxim Healthcare Services, and Ace Hardware. I found my passion in sales and being able to deliver solutions to individuals in need. Currently, as a Market Business Development Manager, I work with healthcare stakeholders including Hospitals, Physician Offices, Acute Rehab Facilities, Durable Medical Equipment, Home Health Companies, and many others to align Home Nursing Services for the medically complex patient population. My goal is to add consistent value into the healthcare industry to better the lives of the patients we serve each and every day. By doing so, we are successfully increasing patient outcomes and quality of life by keeping patients home with their loved ones and out of hospital beds. In this role, I partner with Clinical, Recruitment, and HR/Revenue Cycle team to effectively move the business forward, while providing superior care for our patients.
