Delivery Director @Mutual Vision

Responsible for the Professional Services team covering technical implementation, business consultants and Project Management disciplines. Responsible for delivering all customer-facing solutions, creating and maintaining the project implementation methodology as well as Mutual Vision’s internal and customer-facing governance structures. Chair of customer-facing governance including Transformation Directors and up to CEO-level, building strong customer relationships through delivery and management of operations in an honest and controlled manner. Working closely with 3rd party independent assurers for significant project to re-platform core system to Google Cloud including use of BigQuery for Data Insights engine. Responsible for the continuous improvement of operations across all areas of Mutual Vision’s operations including resource allocation and management having defined and implemented the time reporting and capacity management systems at MV. Highly data-led to drive decision making, measurement and metrics, utilizing systems such as JIRA/Tempo and Sage Intact for KPIs such as margin tracking. Work closely with the Sales team to transition into Delivery through formal gates and managing documentation such as Statement of Work and Sales Orders. Extensive experience managing teams and mentoring talent
