ABOUT ADAM ARLOTTO

I am a CPG Supply Chain & Data Governance Professional delivering business process governance and system sustainability & performance within SAP ECC. I have 13+ years in SAP ECC overall, primarily in the Supply Chain Outbound (Order to Cash & Physical Logistics) and Supply Chain Inbound (Internal/External Manufacturing), and the MDG space. With SAP as the main ERP system, I am advanced in adapting SAP transactions and processes and providing technical data for internal/external system integrations such as TMS & WMS systems and other SAP tools & environments such as MDG.My strong functional/technical skills in these areas have allowed me to deploy value to consistently exceed the needs of the customers & stakeholders I support. My time at Mars has involved multiple large scale projects where I was key in adapting and delivering system functionality back to the business to support our changing needs. I have intermediate to advanced experience in SAP ECC within APO(Supply Chain Management module), Master Data, Finance, Pricing, inter-company business processes; SAP Modules SD, MM, PP, QM, PM, and now MDG (Master Data Governance).I have supported many large cross functional projects that have developed my advanced skill level in Problem solving, project management, conflict management, etc. I have also led deployments & process changes within supply chain sites to drive quality and traceability. Throughout my career in the CPG space, I have focused mainly on moving laterally and building my acumen within SAP ECC, multiple End-to-End Supply Chain functions, and now within MDG. My main goal remains to be focused on developing my technical skillset within SAP ECC/MDG, adapting and applying it to business needs and changes, and preparing for the future that S4 Hana will bring to the CPG world.
