Activities include: Improving digital data transmission to and from the Serengeti and within the park; Upgrading Control Rooms at TANAPA HQ and in Serengeti; Improving visitor registration and payment system, establishing a vehicle tracking system with the aim of reducing vehicle congestion, controlling vehicle off-roading and speed; providing information to tourists to enhance their experience; stakeholder engagement and training.
