A driven, trusted and engaging senior leader with an entrepreneurial spirt. Extensive experience across multiple sectors, with a demonstrable track record of securing growth, driving complex programmes and leading organisations requiring restructure, cultural change and performance turnaround.People motivate and drive me, both those who I work with and those who I provide services for. Over the past 27 years, I’ve operated across government departments and private organisations to transform and deliver services to support those most in need.I have extensive practical leadership experience of transforming services in sectors such as Justice & Policing, Health, Employment, Skills, Training, Youth and Defence.Having led the UK’s first Police outsource, operated Europe’s largest RPO, secured and mobilised one of the largest Health transformation programmes to ever be commissioned in EMEA, my guiding principle throughout is to enable a better society by providing outstanding services.In 2016 I joined the APM Group as UK Managing Director, moving to Ingeus (now owned by APM) as CEO of the Reducing Reoffending Partnership, a JV with leading charities delivering rehabilitation to people within the criminal justice system, before becoming COO for APM’s UK businesses and most recently appointed COO across the UK & Europe business portfolio.I have previously led the EMEA major programmes division of a Nasdaq listed global provider, held the positions of CEO Defence and COO Justice at one of the UK’s largest government providers and Executive Director of emergency services at Europe’s largest BPO provider.I support teams to grow and develop business in a sustainable way, with pace, leading from the front and maximise the potential of leadership teams.
