ABOUT ADAM ALCOVER

When I was younger working in retail, I learned that knowledge and leadership are important. I was always the guy that never said no when I was asked to stay late or come in early. I was also the guy that jumped on the opportunity to work in different departments to learn more about the business I was working at which influenced others my age to do the same, which gave me leadership capability.As I worked in different areas, I also learned more about myself, and that was my passion is to build the bridge between employees and managers as I strongly believe a close-knit relationship with the two is the key to building an efficacious operation. Team-work will only work when everyone respects one another, then they can respect the work that they do. Building relationships, in my opinion, is the key to any successful operation. I am a graduate at the University of Central Florida with a Business Communications degree, aspiring to enter a career in management. I am a first-generation college student with a hunger to learn and the grit to overcome adversity.Upon graduation, I hope to apply my emotional intelligence, relationship-oriented personality, hunger to learn, and exceptional problem-solving skills that will make me a successful leader.
