In my current role, I manage a portfolio of 200+ federal, state, and private grant contracts and subcontracts, valued at $150M+. I also serve as Client Manager for 10 government-funded entities, including 5 San Francisco Department of Public Health programs, and I lead a multidisciplinary Client Support Team. Key Contributions: • Managed $25M+ in federal, state, and private grants during COVID surge response, which required rapid escalation of fund management, change management, and program management. • Tapped to act as primary operations contact at Northern California Regional Office and to serve as active member of organization’s Strategic Planning Committee. • Collaborated with Deputy Director of Contract & Grant Management to develop and implement process improvements, work with program staff, and assist leadership in defining and prioritizing strategic projects and daily operations. • Gained advanced working knowledge of OMB Uniform Guidance, Federal Funding Accountability & Transparency Act (FFATA) reporting, and Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA) audit requirements. • Drove annual submission of 100+ RFP responses and applications; generated $35M+ in revenue.
